Dear Sir/Madam, I am contacting you for the following two matters:

1)I have a question regarding the proof of health insurance. I am a holder of the European Health Insurance Card,however my card expires on the 21st of November 2021. In order to extend the expiration date (for up to two years) I have been told from the authorities of my country that I need some sort of document proving that I am a master's student of the University of Hamburg. Could you please inform me if there is a document like that? And if so, could you please provide me with it?

2) If the issuing of that document is possible only after the completion of my enrollment, what would you suggest me to do? Would it be possible for the moment for me to provide you with the European Health Insurance Card that is about to expire and send you the new Card that expires later, when it is ready?

There is a document like that - you will get an enrollment certificate on your student account when our enrollment is finalized.

Yes, that is possible. Please add a document in which you explain that you will get a new card after you send the enrollment certificate.
