I would like to ask you when do you usually sending certificates of enrolment? This document is essential for me to apply for some dormitories in Hamburg.

Besides, could I ask you, whether the University received my semester contribution? I paid the fee in mid-August, my matriculation no.: 7489939.

Dear Emil Abdulov,

We received your payment. You will find an enrollment certificate in your student account in mid-September at the latest. Usually, the certificate is not needed for an application for dormitories - you can use your admission letter. The enrollment certificate will be necessary for moving in though, but you will have it until that time.
