Enrollment Question and can no longer access my application account

Hello,

I have not yet received an email confirming my enrollment. I submitted my enrollment and documentation for the MA Manuskriptkulturen program on 24 August. I also cannot log into my original application account anymore. Is this normal? I am an international student, and I was wondering if I would be hearing soon confirming my enrollment via email. I need to provide enrollment certification for my housing as soon as possible.
