I am a prospective master student of the MIBAS program and I've submitted all the necessary documents alongside with the semester payment for the final enrollment. Even though University representatives confirmed my enrollment several times, I am yet to receive the proof of enrollment ("Semesterbescheinigung") in my STiNE account. I kindly ask you to speed up the process of issuance as I urgently need it for local documentation, as well as, for registration to the foreign language class offered by The Hamburg Adult Education Center (they require certificate of enrollment for signing up). I know it takes time but I hope for your understanding.
