Dear Sivasruthi,

I apologise for issuing you the contribution notice and the payment medium twice. This was an oversight. We received your semester contribution transfer at the beginning of September.

However, you have not yet been finally enrolled by us, because we are still missing your proof of health insurance. Please submit this to us via www.uni-hamburg.de/nachreichen, thank you!
