Hi,
I am an international student and I paid my semester contribution and submitted my health insurance but do not know where to go to get my student card and transit pass. Can I go pick that up at the Campus Center?

you have not yet received the semester documents because a foreign address is still stored in our system - we only send the semester documents within Germany.

Please let us know your German address via our contact form: www.uni-hamburg.de/kontakt-cc. We will note this in our system and send out your semester documents. On-site collection is not possible at the moment.
