I'm an international exchange student in the Central Exchange Program this summer. My UHH ID is baz8471. I received the mail from Regionales Rechenzentrum reminded me that my account will be blocked on 18.10.2021 and I can't log in to Stine since 4.10.2021. But I haven't downloaded my course results or received my transcripts. I had mailed them for applying to restore my ID to log in to Stine but I didn't receive feedback so far.
I'm not sure if they can handle my problem in time. So I asked for help from the Department Coordinator of Social Sciences. But he told me that he can't find me under my matrikel number(7470170).
I'm really sorry for troubling you. I don't know how can I download my Grade Certificate so that I could apply for ToR. Could you tell me what else can I do?
