I am a PhD student at the University of Hamburg. I am about to pay my university fees. At the moment I am living in Seddiner See in Brandenburg, but due to my procedure and especially for economic reasons it is very difficult for me to live permanently in Hamburg. Therefore, I would like to ask you if you could allow me to pay my school fees without paying the 179.90 euros for the semester pass for public transport?
