Cancelation of recognition of graduation certificate

I need recognition of graduation certificate. Yet, I made a mistake while I fill out the documents, I need to cancel that one and fill out a new form. I couldnt find a cancel button in your system. Should I start a new file or is there any cancellation process that I couldnt find out?

no, please do not create a new application. Instead, write to us via our contact form at
www.uni-hamburg.de/kontakt-cc and ask us to open your current application.
We will do this and you can edit and resubmit the application.
