Unable to Create a Stine Account

Hello,

I am trying to create an application account with no success, because account with my name and surname is already in use. I have tried reaching out to fix the issue but I don't have much time left until the 14th of February. Is it possible that I create an account and type "ue" instead of an "ü" so that I would be able to at least create it, then get it changed by the technical support later on? I would really appreciate any input from you, thank you.

I have filled the contact form a couple days ago but haven't got a response so far. I also called the phone number you mentioned past 2 days but nobody is picking up. I saw on RRZ website that Stine line telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist since the 7th of February. I am in a bit of a pickle right now, so if you think going with a "different but the same" surname is viable, I will try that in case nobody responds to me.
