Dear sir/madam,

I have received my acceptance letter of doctoral studies of my faculty on 16.02.2022, which told me that i have to enrollment in the university of Hamburg within four weeks.

However, when I register in the online enrollment, the website told that "there is no application started yet and I could not submit my online application for three reasons". But I know that I did not sumbit any documents now and I have not been granted admission to a degree program that has a different enrollment procedure. I am really confused about this and could you please help me solve this problem?

Dear NUO HOU,

You have to enroll for your PhD-program via the online-application, not online-enrollment. First you have to create an account. Please have a look at the following step by step instruction (example): https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... master.pdf.
