I am a doctoral student and I would like to do my re-enrolment. I would like to know if I still have to fill in an online form like the first time? if so, how do I go about it? or do I just have to pay the tuition fees at the bank?

you will find a payment medium in STiNE under "Documents". Please use this to pay your semester contribution. By making the payment, you are re-registering. You do not need to submit any documents.
