Hallo!

I was accepted to Molecular Plant Sciences master program and I would like to ask if it is possible to do the master thesis in a laboratory outside Hamburg University, for example in a research institute, or if we have to choose only from the labs in Biology Department in the university.

Unfortunately we cannot answer your question, since matters regarding your master thesis are decided by the Department of Biology.
