German address

To whom it may concern,
During the enrollment process I wrote my future German address because I thought I was going to be in Hamburg soon, but unfortunately I have to postpone my arrival. At the moment I am not able to log in to STiNE and I suppose it's because my previous login details are not valid anymore and I need new ones. Is it possible to receive the STiNE access details by mail?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
MD

Dear Martina,

The access data to your student account will be sent by email the next days. You can then update your German address via your account. The provisional semester documents (in paper form) will be sent to this address given in STiNE. Is this correct?

Please delete your personal data in this post. It is public for everyone.

Best regards,
BK

Thank you for your quick answer.
Will I be able to see the payment request on my STiNE account as well, so that I can pay the first semester contribution?
Kind regards,
MD

Good evening,
I received my new log-in details and I was able to enter STiNE successfully. Thank you!
I have another question: will I receive the ITAN list by email as well? If the list is sent by post I would not be able to register for courses because I will be in Germany only by the half of Oktober.
Kind regards,
MD

Dear Martina,

The TAN list was sent via regular mail already, since you provided us with a German address. If you need a new TAN list, please use the contact tab in your Stine account. You will find a form there via which you can ask for a new list.

Best regards,
Birte Schelling
