Request for help_Activation of University E-mail Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've already received an email account from the University, but I've not been able to activate it as was not clear as to how I could create a password.

I wonder whether you could possibly guide me the process for activating my account.

With help of the initial password, you are able to set your password for the user ID in the user administration portal. https://bv.uni-hamburg.de/. In case you need further help please contact the RRZ.
