In addition, if you they still enrolled at a university in Ukraine, it is possible to apply as a free mover for a limited stay: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... mover.html
Furthermore Universität Hamburg offers a study orientation program for refugees: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/uhhhilft.html
