Hello,

I am Ezgi Güner and my matriculation number is 7594465. I paid my semester contribution one and a half month ago, and confirmed it has been recieved by you. However, i didn't get semester documents (student ID and semesterticket) neither by post nor stine platform.

I will be moving to Hamburg next Saturday, so should I change my adress to the new one to recieve the documents? And about how long will it take to get the documents?

I will be appreciated if you have any leads or help.

(Paper) semester documents will not be sent abroad. In case you already have a German address please contact us via the contact form under https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... enter.html so that we can update your address in STiNE.

Currently semester documents are printed three times the week.
