Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Han, Ningyu. My Matriculation Number is 7671931.
I have paid for the semester contribution. And in my Stine account, it shows “ Your health insurance status has been confirmed. ” However, I haven’t received the proof of enrollment in my Stine account. What should I do next? Do I need to provide more documents?
