Hi, I am an American student interested in studying in Hamburg, however I have hit a roadblock with my attempts to get my language proficiency certification. I am unable to take the Test-DAF exam or the Goethe Institute Exam as neither of them have any testing centers near me. Does anybody know of another method by which I can earn the proficiency proof I require?

are you familiar with our overview page, which lists all the language certificates we accept for study at Universität Hamburg?

If not, take a look at our list https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ml#2907400 and evaluate whether one of them is feasible for you.
