Question about German language requirements

Hello,
I'm interested in applying to the university of Hamburg. I wanted to know wether the German language requirements must be handed in with your application(for which the deadline is 15th July) or can you hand them in at the moment of your registration at the university(when the classes begin- end of September/ start of October)?\

The proof of sufficient German language proficiency has to be submitted at time of enrollment.
