To whom it may condern,

I'm an international student, and today I have received my acceptance letter from the university of Hamburg, for the major "English as a World Language". However, I am a bit confused about where I should upload my documents for registration.
In my page, in the Online-Enrollment part, there is a part named "Recognition Foreign Qualifications" . Must I upload my language certificates there? Could you please guide me a little?

Also I have another question regarding this acceptance letter; Will I be able to submit this letter to the embassy or is the main acceptance letter something else that I haven't received yet?

No, the recognition process is a totally different procedure and has nothing to do with the online enrollment.

2) The relevant instruction for the online enrollment process can be found in your letter of admission:

1. Log in to your applicant account. Under "Application," find the link "Online enrollment" on the left-hand side. Follow the steps to complete the form and upload the required supporting documents. The required supporting documents are detailed in the checklist www.uni-hamburg.de/checklistmaster. The form is available from February 15, 2023.
2. Universität Hamburg must receive your complete enrollment application by February 22, 2023 in digital form exclusively. This deadline is final; no extensions can be granted.

Please have a look at the screenshot below if you cannot find the online enrollment form in your STiNE account.

3) "Must I upload my language certificates there? Could you please guide me a little?"

You have to upload the documents specified in the checklist for enrollment, which is also linked in your letter of admission: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... papier.pdf.

4) "Will I be able to submit this letter to the embassy or is the main acceptance letter something else that I haven't received yet?"

The document you received in your STiNE account under "Application" -> "Documents" is your letter of acceptance. There is no other acceptance letter ("main acceptance letter") that you could receive. So, there is only one such document, and that is the one you have already received.
