Hello, I am a re-applicant for the Masters in PEP. I was offered a study place last year and couldn't take it. So I was not enrolled. This year, I applied with the same STINE account I used last year. I wanted to make sure that I didn't need to open a new STINE account as I already had one from last year. An application through the existing user account is the correct way, right? Because last year, at the end of the admission letter it was stated that "the applicant's account is extinguished at the end of the registration period." How should I proceed? Should I open a new account?

No.

A new account would only be required if your old account has already been deleted. Since you have stated that this is not the case, please use your existing account for the application.
