Hello:

I am Nabih. I graduated from high school. Iwould like to study Physics in Hamburg University, and I am learning German Language now in my country.
Can I get a conditional admission in Pysics program, so I can apply it to the German Embassy?
I need it to get a visa and continue my language course then start studing in Hamburg University.

Unfortunately, that is not possible, because Universität Hamburg does not offer any form of conditional admission in regard to the German language skills.

Without exceptions, all degree programs that are partially or entirely taught in German require level C1 (see https://www.uni-hamburg.de/german-language).

All students must prove the German language skills on level C1 before they can enroll as part of the enrollment process. Studying at Universität Hamburg is not possible without German language skills at the C1 level and an accepted language certificate (https://www.uni-hamburg.de/german-language#2907400).
