Bearbeitet English as a World Language (Exmatrikulation)
To whom it may concern,

I am a masters student in the major "English as a world language", for the summer semester 2023. Unfortunately my Visa-request was rejected from the embassy in Iran, and after getting advice from my faculty, and the university staff, I have decided to de-register and apply again for the winter semester, since no classes are being offered online.
Could you please inform me on how I can de-register? I have read that it is possible via my Stine account, but have found no de-register option. I would highly appreciate the guidance.
Also, if I de-register, and apply again, will that lessen my chances for getting accepted, just because I have de-registered?
My student ID: 7701032

Thank you for your attention.

Sincerely yours,
Dorsa Esfandiari
Re: English as a World Language (Exmatrikulation)
Dear Dorsa Esfandiari,

sorry to hear that you have chosen this option and wish you the best of luck with your application. You were welcome to ask us the question on the channels where you are already in contact with us.
You are writing to too many places.

In STiNE you can find the application for de-registration if you go to Study > Study Administration > Applications.

The certificate of exmatriculation will be made available to you three days after you submit your application in STiNE under "Documents". If you submit the exmatriculation certificate to the HVV, you will receive money back for the semester ticket on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of use.
