Respected sir/ma'am, recently I got the letter of acceptance for my Master's in Physics. But now I am not able to login into my stine account. It says that the user id or password is wrong, even though it isn't. I tried to use forgot password but I am not getting the recovery mail as well.
Kindly help me with this issue.

Dear SiddhanthY,

The reason you have no access to your account is that your enrollment application was accepted and as a result your STINE applicant account is being converted into a student account at the moment. You will receive new access data soon. So there is no reason to worry - all is fine.
