Inquiry regarding payment confirmation and registration isuues

I have successfully submitted my semester contribution and would like to obtain an official confirmation that the University has received the semester contribution. In case you require proof for the same I can email the swift details to the university.

I also wish to bring to your attention that due to the ongoing visa procedures, I will only be able to attend classes physically from the month of November onwards. I am hoping this will not pose any inconvenience, and I am committed to keeping up with my coursework. I would also like to know if university offers assistance during these cases.

Additionally I have encountered difficulties while registering for courses on STINE as I have been informed that certain prerequisites have not been fulfilled in case of all courses.

Dear Akhila,

The semester contribution has been received. As proof you will receive the online semester cerficate in your student account. But it is still missing the notification of your health insurance status from the German state health insurance provider. Please look at https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... erung.html.

In case you will not arrive in time please contact the academic of your program and ask for assistance.

The period for registering to courses for first semester students is between October 9th to 12th.
