Dear Chengyan,
If, in addition to the official documents confirming your graduation from Universität Hamburg you need a separate letter confirming that you have indeed graduated from Universität Hamburg, please contact the academic office of your faculty (Faculty of Medicine: https://www.uke.de/studium-lehre/kontak ... index.html), which was also responsible for issuing the degree certificate.
