enrollment and registration

Good evening, I am having problems with my university registration through Stine in order to be officially enrolled in the PhD program that I will start on May 6. I was provided with an accaunt with a temporary passworld to access, I changed the passworld but through my accaunt bbb1162 nor with the university email, I was allowed to enter the restricted area of Stine, I kindly ask for help, I contacted the Stine Site but it was not exhaustive, it advised me to change the passworld again but I was required to access with phone number, being still in Italy I still have the Italian number therefore the site does not grant me the use, how can I do?
