Software-System-Entwicklung is a bachelor's degree course. You can only apply for one winter semester. The next opportunity is for the winter semester 2024/25. The application period is from June 1st to July 15th.

About German language proficiency. Will I undergo a language course there in German or do I ought to be proficient before I am admitted?

second is the case. You must acquire C1 German language skills before you apply to us. Proof of sufficient German language skills must be submitted for enrollment. We do not offer preparatory German courses and do not grant conditional admission. This means that you cannot start your studies at a lower level, e.g. B2, and then continue learning German in Hamburg.
