University Entrance Qualification

To whom it may concern,

I am applying for the MSc in Politics, Economics and Philosophy. I am really confused about what I need to enter as my University Entrance Qualification. My most recent qualification is a Bachelors degree (hons) from the United Kingdom. Does that mean it falls into the category of "Abroad - General University Entrance Qualification Abroad." If not, then which category does it fall into. Secondly, my grade was is not given as a decimal number (Second Class - Upper Division). In that case, what am I supposed to do?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
