I am a dual national Italian and Irish born in Rome to an Irish father, and applying for Mibas with my Irish passport . I am native speaker in both Italian and English, which I therefore consider my mother tongues. For this reason I do not hold formal certificates to verify my language proficiency. In light of this, could I utilize an Honour Statement for Bilingual Candidate or any Declaration you need regarding Mother Tongue instead of providing certificate proof?
Thank you
