My name is Victor. I am from Nigeria. I successfully uploaded all my application documents , but my application submission has not been successful because of the area of university entrance qualifications. I have followed all the steps but it's really working out for me. What should I do. I have sent mail to two persons whose names and email address are on the application portal for Ocean and climate physics. Pls help

Please enter the grade of your higher educational entrance qualification. (from abroad and not converted: 9,9)
Please check also the grade of your first degree. The numbers have to be separated with "," - not with "."
Please check.
