Hello! I am applying through stine and have some questions.
I am applying for BWL 1st year. I was a 1st year BWL student at the Turkish-German University in the 2023-2024 academic year, and the problem is that I was previously told via email to apply for the 1st semester. However, now I see the following statement when applying:

"You are or have already been enrolled in the intended degree program if the name and degree of your previous degree program match those of the intended degree program. If you change your subsidiary subject or your teaching subject with the application, it is not the same degree program. If you have previously studied abroad, regardless of the names and degrees, it is not the same program."

What should I do? Should I answer yes or no? I see that higher semester applications are also open, should i apply there?

Do you want to apply to a higher subject semester? If that's the case, please contact us again.

If you want to apply for 1st semester, you can choose 'no', since your previous studies have been partly abroad. It also doesn't matter that much since this question is only there for statistical reasons.
