STiNE account and enrollment

Dear Forum Team,

I have applied for a Master's degree in the University and I have already received the email that says my enrollment application is confirmed. I don't have any access to my STiNE account though. I already called some phone numbers I found on the website, but they told me I shouldn't be worried and that it takes time. I still need to find my enrollment certificate, except the email that I have. Also, what is the rest of the process? Do I need to send any other documents or do I wait until they inform what needs to be done?

Everything is fine. The new acces data to your student account will be sent in June by email.

The enrollment certificate will be available in August/ September. The prerequisite for this is the receipt of the semester contribution and the receipt of the electronic notification from the health insurance company (https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... erung.html)
