While completing my application, I have encountered a problem with the "University Entrance Qualification" section. Specifically, the system indicates that the status of my university entrance qualification designation is "not okay," which is preventing me from submitting my application.
I was advised in the portal to skip the "Circle of University Qualification" section since I did not acquire my university entrance qualification in Germany. However, despite following this guidance, the field is still marked as required and I am unable to proceed with the submission.
Could you please advise on how I can correctly complete this section or if there is an alternative solution to resolve this issue?

you have probably entered your grade separated by a period. Use a comma and write, for example, 1,3 instead of 1.3
