Dear and Respected faculties,
I am writing to you to clear some of my doubts regarding the application processes. Kindly bear with my queries. I couldn't help but to ask them.
1. I recently got an admission letter from the University for Molecular Plant Sciences. I enrolled within the time frame and submitted all the documents. I did get a confirmation receipt of matriculation through the mail. I could not login to the stine portal with my old id. I was told the new id will be given by june. I still haven't received the login details yet. Should i be concerned?
2. I also haven't received an enrollment certificate. I have come to know that in order to apply for an accomodation in student service site, I need an enrollment certificate. What should i do regarding that ?
3. Will everything get cleared by September? Everything from my part is clear for VISA processes. I was thinking about taking the air ticket for September 22. Can i move on with that or should i wait before booking the flights?

No new login details for new students for the winter semester 2024/25 have been sent out yet.
However, there is currently no information or documents in your STiNE account, so you would not be able to do anything in your STiNE account, even if you already had your new login details.
The new login details will be sent by email in the coming weeks.
2) "I also haven't received an enrollment certificate."
An enrollment certificate can only be issued once the enrollment process has been completed.
The enrollment process can only be completed once the semester contribution for winter semester 2024/25 has been paid.
The amount of the semester fee for the winter semester 2024/25 has not yet been determined (see https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... itrag.html).
The earliest you can pay your semester contribution is around the middle of August, when you will receive the payment information in your STiNE account (Studying -> Documents).
You will receive an email with the login details in time for you to check your STiNE account in August for the payment information and transfer the semester contribution.
