I am an International(Indian) student currently I completed my 12th year and I would join a university in my country. I wish to take admission in a bachelor's program I researched about how to join a university in Germany I have some questions regarding that

1. what is the order to apply should you first take language proficiency exam(IELTS) then apply
2. is taking a German proficiency exam necessary even if tour selected course is in English
3.If possible can you guide me as through what is the order one should apply and what all are the documents required
