Hi,

My name is Taha Shams (Bewerbungsnummer: 1849303 and Matriculation Number: 7828296). I paid the semester fee for the MIBAS program on 23/8/24 according to the details that were provided on the 'SBOnlineZahltraeger'. I have received confirmation from the bank that the transaction was completed.

However I have still not received the 'SemesterBeschienigung' in my Stine portal account. Can you please look into this and let me know what could be the issue?

The issue is that you did not pay the full semester contribution - we only received 330 Euro, the contribution amounts to 335 Euro. This sometimes happens in the case of international transactions due to the bank keeping a transaction fee. Please transfer the missing 5 Euro, then you will receive the semester certificate.
