I have recently joined at UHH for Ms in Molecular Plant Science. I have had difficulties in downloading the semester tickets and creating UHH Zoom account and all due to 2FA Codes. I don't understand how to use them. I got a reply from one of your representative that it was my iTAN list. I have my ITAN list with me with around 60 codes. During registering for semester cards, they are asking for code 102, 121 etc which I don't have with me. Can you please kindly clear this doubt? It has been bugging me for days now.
