My payment is confirmed by the campus center. I am following up regarding the missing health insurance notification. According to my health insurance provider, the notification should reach the university by this week.
Could you please check for the notification and confirm with me? I urgently need my enrollment certificate for my visa application.

Dear Rony,

I really understand your situation. But it is still missing the notification from your health insurance provider. In case you have private insurance you need to contact a German state health insurance and ask for exemption. This will be send to us electronically and directly by the German state insurance company. The semester certificate will then be issued immediately.
