I am a freemover PhD student at the University of Hamburg, and my student ID is 7805253. I would like to kindly inquire about the status of my registration status and transport pass. I have already paid the semester contribution fee on September 28th, but my transport pass has not yet been updated. Could you please let me know the reason for the delay and how long I should expect to wait before receiving the updated pass?
