I have finished my MD study at University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). I passed the Oral Exam of my dissertation on 16th September. The promotion office confirmed that no registration is needed for the following winter semester(24/25). If additional documents are required for the de-registration please let me know.

No.

All you need to do to withdraw ("de-register")is not to pay the semester contribution for the winter semester 2024/25.

No further steps are necessary. If you have not paid the semester contribution, a document confirming your withdrawal and thus the end of your enrollment at the Universität Hamburg will automatically be made available in your STiNE account (Studying -> Documents).
