Hello, I am Gourav from India. Currently I've applied for APS certificate and it would take some time before i receive it. I just wanted to know if its possible for me to apply with the APS application and Furthermore, I have got my provisional grade cards and can i submit those for transcripts.

unfortunately, you do not specify which degree program you wish to apply for. If you are interested in a Bachelor's degree course, you must have your educational qualifications obtained abroad recognized by us. You will need an APS certificate for recognition.
