Regarding Conversion of GPA to the German Grading System

Hello,
I am Yusuf, a student from Turkey. I am applying to the Master of Physics.
I have to upload the grade conversion by the Bavarian formula result on the application form and I am not quite certain as to what the "Minimum grade to pass an exam" should be. My school requires a 1,5 for "conditional success" from a specific course, while the requirement to get your degree is an overall 2,0. Which one of these would be considered the minimum grade for the Bavarian formula?
I realize this probably won't be asnwered before the deadline, so I have went ahead and used 1,5 because the cover sheet specifically mentions minimum to pass an exam. I hope, with the information on my transcript and student assesment guide of my university, they'll be able to determine the correct conversion. I am also curious whether or not I can contact the admissions team after the deadline or if this confusion would hurt my application?
Thank you for your interest, I wish you all a great week.
