Questions about MSc. Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

Dear Admission Office - University of Hamburg,

Since University of Hamburg is the university I am chasing for, also I come from International University in Vietnam - which is a country that usually requires more steps to be certified, please help me to answer/confirm the below questions as your response will be a crucial part for me to prepare my application more thoroughly.

1. Regarding the submission of application materials, is it sufficient to submit documents online through the STiNE portal, or are there any additional steps, such as submission by post or email?
2. As my bachelor's degree is from Vietnam and the grade is considered in the selection process, do I need to submit an application for recognition of my foreign education certificates eligibility before applying to this program?
3. Currently my transcript is showing my grades along with the score scale available on the same page, therefore is it required to be a 10-grade scale or 4-grade scale? Also, do I need to show my study results specifically in each semester?
4. Could you provide the full enrollment process for Vietnamese applicants, including details about the required documents, health insurance, semester fee payment, and any specific requirements for visa application? Do I need to submit any other documents other than a Bachelor Degree Certificate and a Proof of English Proficiency (In my case, IELTS)?
5. Are there specific requirements for the scores of individual sections of my IELTS result (e.g., Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking), or meeting the required Overall IELTS score is enough?
6. As I am from Vietnam - a non-EU country, are there any scholarships/financial support available for me to apply (both before and during my study at Hamburg)?

There are no other scholarships offered by Universität Hamburg directly. But there are lots of possibilities to apply for a scholarship for studying in Germany offered by other institutions.
