I would like to enquire how to exempt and report on health insurance. I am an international PhD student living and conducting my research abroad, in Palestine. I was totally surprised to learn today that I have to report on my insurance status or otherwise I will not be enrolled.

I assume there has to be a misunderstanding because you do not need to report your insurance status as a PhD student.

You only need to pay the semester contribution to finalize your enrollment.
