Asking about submission of physical copies of documents

Hi,

I hope that you will be in good health.

I have completed and submitted my application for masters in data science and artificial intelligence program. I have checked the multiple pages containing requirements and application process details but there is a confusion. In of the web page and in the pdf document having details about program, eligibility and application process it is stated that mailing of documents to university is not required and all of the application process is online and applicant just need to upload document to application portal only.

In the email i received and message i got after submission of my application it seems that I need to mail physical copies of my documents to university before application deadline.

Please guide me as soon as possible that do i need to submit the physical copies of my documents or not for the masters program of data science and artificial intelligence.

Dear Saim,

you are right, usually, the application process is completed online and without hardcopies.

The application procedure for the master program is an online procedure. This means that you do
not need to submit any documents in paper form or via email to Universität Hamburg. Instead,
you have to upload the documents.
