Diploma Supplement

Hello. I would like to enquire about the diploma supplement
‘ Please upload the diploma supplement issued by your university. If your university does not provide a diploma supplement, provide evidence for grading scale, and credit system, hours in class with a lecture present, and number of weeks in a semester’

If my university is unable to provide a diploma supplement, can I create a pdf with the necessary information or it has to be an official document for my university?
