respected team,
if we can get a official certificate from recognized university(from which i have completed my bachelors) by stating this student has English proficiency level C1 according to CEFR levels. Is that enough? and valid?

The information which language certificate willl be accepted as proof of sufficient language proficiency can be found in the application information PDF) of the program of your choice.
