I was wondering if the school offers conditional acceptance, as I don't have sufficient German language skills. I am interested in pursuing a degree in Business Administration, and I would like to study German at your university as a preparatory step for the program, if there is a course or if I go to a private language course. I have no problems with accommodation as my aunt lives in Hamburg.

no, Universität Hamburg does not offer conditional admissions - all requirements for the respective degree program have to be met by the time of enrollment.
